I'm here to share why the system prompted a delivery issue error when sending an invoice or sales receipt.

 

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation. This has been raised to our engineer for further investigation. Rest assured that they are doing their best to fix it as soon as possible.  

 

I'd highly suggest contacting our Support team. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users and receive email updates on the investigation status.

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account in a web browser.
  2. Click Help.
  3. Select Contact us.
