I am trying to generate an invoice with a direct link to pay. When checking online I see there is an option that says ' Payment Link Tab', but I dont see it? any tips?

Hello there, @contact138. I'm here to share details about the Payment links tab in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Currently, the Payment links menu is only available for QBO US users. To get more information, you can visit this link: Payment links in QuickBooks Online Payments. As a workaround, you may want to have a US account and subscribe to the QBO US version to use this option. To do so, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team for assistance.

In QBO, printing or sending payment receipts to your customers is easy. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the Sales menu and choose Customers.
2. Look for the customer you recently recorded a payment with. Click the name to open.
3. Under the Transaction List tab, find the payment transaction.
4. Click it to open.
5. Select the Print option at the bottom part of the page if you want to print the receipt.
6. Choose Save and send button if you want to send the receipt to your customer.
