Question

I am unable to add Customer. I tried my hardly best by pressing (add New) but failed( no any response), please guide me how can I add Customer?

A possible browser issue might have prevented you from adding a new customer in QuickBooks Online, tayyabsheikh202-.

 

I'll share with you the steps that can resolve common unexpected results when performing a tasks in the program.

 

You can start the troubleshooting by logging in to your account using an incognito or private browsing session. Use these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito session:

 

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P  for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari

After logging back in, try to add a new customer again to check if you can proceed. Then, go back to the regular browsing session and clear out the stored cache and cookies if QuickBooks is already responsive when adding a new customer.
