Question

I am using qb plus and the bundle items that I created are not reporting on a per class basis even though they are specified on the invoices. Can this be fixed no upgrade?

All other class reporting works without issue for invoices and expense transactions. I use qb advanced daily and have not encountered this issue before is this a version problem?

Hi there, QB-Instructor-100-Synergy. No, this is not a version issue. Even if you're using another version, the items should still report with the class. The system will follow whichever class you specified for the bundle items. To isolate the issue, I recommend performing some troubleshooting steps.

Let's start by refreshing the page. Then log out and log back in to your account to ensure your session is updated. If the issue persists, use an incognito window or a different supported browser. Sometimes, issues like these can be caused by the browser's stored cache, which leads to display or reporting discrepancies in QuickBooks Online.
