I am using quickbooks online plus for not for profit, just want to change Customers to donors from advance setting in other preferences but there is no option available

For now, the option to change customers to donors is unavailable in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) ROW (rest of world) version. 

This function is only available in US versions of QuickBooks. 

I can see how this feature would help you in managing your business. Therefore, I'll take note of this as a suggestion. 

On other hand, you can personally send feedback to our developers. They can review your request and most likely include it in future updates. Here's how to submit your suggestions:

1. Click the Gear icon at the top and select Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then, click Next to submit feedback.

Moreover, you can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
