I can provide information about the availability of the Task feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Beforehand, may I know what type of QBO subscription you're using?
In QBO, the Tasks feature will allow you to manage your time and business more easily. This feature is still in the process of enhancement by our team and is currently available in the QBO Advanced users.
If you have the Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus plan, then this option is unavailable.
Here are the steps on how to create a custom task:
Go to the Tasks menu.
Choose Add task.
Create a title and set the due date.
In the Assigned dropdown, select the task owner. Note: The user needs to have admin access.
Enter a description in the Notes field(These are the instructions for the task).
