Hi there, @jfpalmtech. You need to identify whether your browser is blocking the preview or if your PDF reader is failing to load the file to get your invoices printing again. This ensures your billing stays on schedule and your document settings are correctly aligned.

QuickBooks operates on a preview-to-print logic. Instead of sending data straight to your printer, it creates a temporary PDF "stream" that your browser must open in a new tab. If your browser's security settings block the new window or if the transfer to your PDF viewer fails, the process will stop before the print command is ever sent.

To determine where the break is occurring, you can use a quick process of elimination. To find the problem, first check if a pop-up blocker is stopping the window from opening when you click print. Next, try saving the invoice as a PDF to your computer. If it opens there, your Adobe app is functioning correctly, and the issue lies with the browser. Finally, try printing in a private or incognito window to see if your browser's saved data is causing the error.

With these adjustments, your invoice layout will now trigger correctly in a new tab. Additionally, your Adobe Reader will be able to catch the file for the final print, and your workflow will stay organized. Let me know if you need further assistance!
