As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to select and use a template while creating transactions in the app. With this, let's consider setting your template first as your default form style while logged in using a browser app. Let me show you how.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Custom form styles.
3. Select your created delivery note template.
4. On the Action column, select the Edit menu.
5. Click Make default.

Once done, you can go ahead and create your transaction accordingly. You can review the template used by clicking the Print or Preview option before saving or sending it to your customer.
