I do not get codes or calls to my provided phone number.

Hi, @info2405. There are common reasons why you might not be receiving verification codes or calls. This can happen if there’s an incorrect phone number or format (including the country code), or due to network or signal issues. In some cases, your carrier may also block short codes or automated messages.

 

To resolve this, double-check that your phone number is entered correctly with the country code:

 

  1. Sign in to your Intuit account.
  2. From the left menu, choose Sign In & Security.
  3. Under the Phone section, tap the Verify link.
  4. If the number is incorrect, change it.

     
  5. Click Save when done and enter the code to continue. 

 

On top of that, make sure your device has a strong signal and can receive SMS or calls. If it is, restart your phone, then log in again. You may also want to check with your carrier to ensure that short code messages aren’t being blocked.
