Since your Multicurrency is on, your account’s default currency is locked and can’t be changed. This is because the system needs to record all currency conversions going forward. To fix this, you can create a new customer and set their currency as USD.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Customer Hub and select Customers & leads.
  2. Click New customer.
  3. When creating the customer, set their currency to USD United State Dollars.
  4. Enter the necessary information.
  5. Click Save.

Once done, all transactions for that customer will automatically be converted to that currency.
