I have a problem with the tax name shown on the invoiceI had put wrong name and i made it inactive in order to create it again

Allow me to help you recreate the sales tax rate you set up in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

If you make a tax rate inactive, its name remains in the QBO record. Therefore, creating another tax rate item with the same name as the inactive tax rate will prompt the error message "Another tax rate is already using this name. Please use a different name." Here are the steps to avoid this error message: 

1. In your QBO account, go to Taxes.
2. Select the Edit [name of the tax agency he made upon first setup] tab. 
3. Choose Edit rates. 
4. Click on the small Gear icon.
5.  Put a checkmark on the Include inactive under the Other section.
   
6. Select Make active and click on Edit.
7. Give it a different unique name or include a number after the name (ex. Sample tax rate_1), then hit Save.
8. Create a new tax rate item.

Alternatively, if you want to just edit the name of a tax rate, activate the inactive tax rate and change its name.
