Hi there, Cathal. You can definitely do this by using our built-in Import Data tool. Before importing, make sure your Excel columns match the formats in QuickBooks. Organizing your spreadsheet helps the system recognize your data and prevents any errors.

Your file should contain the following columns:

  • Invoice number
  • Customer
  • Invoice date
  • Due date
  • Item amount
  • Item tax code

Also, be sure to save your file in a CSV format.

Once you’re ready, just go to Gear > Import data > Invoices. From there, simply follow the instructions on your screen to map and bring data.
