I imported non inventory items

Whatever information is showing up on your file should reflect on the products/services under the Products and Services page with the same details. That said, I suggest making sure to use the correct format and complete details when mapping the items/services. This could be the reason why importing noninventory items to overwrite the previously imported file still shows inventory. Beforehand, you'll have to manually exclude the inventory from the excel file before importing the data to QBO.

If the issue persists, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. Then, try to import noninventory items from there. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

• For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
