I’m experiencing an issue where my customers’ activity is not loading in QuickBooks. The page keeps showing “activity loading”

I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I’ve confirmed that the same account works perfectly on another phone. The issue seems to be specific to this device

To start, let's ensure that your device's operating system is up to date, as QuickBooks Online performs best on devices running the latest version of Android or iOS. Here’s how to check for updates:

 

For Android Devices:

  1. Go to your Settings and select System.
  2. Tap System Update and check for any available updates.
  3. If updates are available, install them and restart your device.

 

For iOS Devices:

  1. Open Settings and select General.
  2. Tap Software Update, and install any available updates.

 

Since your account works perfectly on another device, you can continue using that device for now to avoid any delays in your tasks. Alternatively, you can also access QuickBooks Online through its mobile web browser version.
