I subscribe to QBO + but the option to set up customer segmentation is not available. Am I missing something?

You can utilise the Class feature to assign customers to different segments, Peter.

You’ll first need to enable the Class feature from your Accounts and Settings to activate this option. Then, refer to these steps:

1. From the Account and Settings page, go to the Advanced tab.
2. Then, click on the Edit icon under the Categories section.
3. Enable the Track classes option and click Save and Done.

Once done, navigate to Settings and select All lists to create a specific class:

1. From there, choose Classes.
2. Click New and enter a name.
3. Then, Save.
