Question

I used to have activity column on invoice but it didn't come up now.it only show on print preview only .Please help sort this issue.

when editing the invoice the activity column not there it only come in print preview only.

    Let me guide you through the steps to display the Activity column on your invoice.
     
    Adding a new column to the invoice table is currently not possible. Alternatively, you can use the Item Description column to add details. However, this works only if there are no existing descriptions, as custom text will overwrite or mix with them.
     
    Another option is to edit the column label. If you’re using the old layout, the Product/Service field remains the default even after customizing form styles. To address this, switch to the new layout by clicking Update Layout at the top, where you can adjust invoice column settings.
     
    To make the Activity column appear, here's how:
     
    1. On the invoice page, click Manage.
    2. Go to the Customization tab and select Edit labels from the Table content section.
    3. In the Product/Service field, replace the name with "Activity."
    4. Click Save to apply the changes.
