To clarify, are you referring to removing the opening balance? If so, below are the steps you can perform:

1. Go to the Gear icon. 
2. Choose Chart of Accounts.
3. Look for the correct account, then select Account history under Action.
4. Find the opening balance.
5. Click the line for the opening balance and select Delete.
6. Once done, click Save and close.
