Hello there, Mooiweer. I appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting the screen loading issue.

Since you've already tried logging in from a regular browser, we can try to log in to access your recurring invoices using Safari or Chrome in incognito mode. Sometimes, cached data and cookies stored by browsers can cause issues, such as problems with loading pages.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open private/incognito mode on your browser:

  • Chrome (Win/Linux): Ctrl+Shift+N • Mac: ⌘⇧N
  • Edge: Ctrl+Shift+N • Mac: ⌘⇧N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P • Mac: ⌘⇧P
  • Safari (Mac): ⌘⇧N
  • Internet Explorer (legacy): Ctrl+Shift+P (Prefer Edge IE Mode if applicable)

If the issue persists after these additional troubleshooting steps, we can contact our QuickBooks Online live support team for further assistance. They can check if there’s an underlying concern with your account affecting the recurring invoices feature.

For more questions about managing invoices or any QuickBooks-related concerns, let me know by replying below. It's my pleasure to help, Mooiweer.
