I want to know that can i add new form in it. i have to give my customers a delivery challan, in which i only name the items and qty.

I want to make sure you're able to add a document in QBO for your customers. For this, you can use the Attachments feature in the program to send files to your customers with their sales forms.

Here's how:

1. Save the document on your drive then open a sales transaction.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the Attachments section.
3. Click the box showing Drag/Drop files here or click the icon.
   
4. Pick a file from your drive then save the transaction after.
