I'm here to help you put a feedback link to your customer's invoice in QuickBooks Online.
You can put the feedback link to your customised invoice in your account. To start, let's create an invoice template or edit it if you already have one. Let me guide you how.
Go to the Gear icon, then choose Custom form styles.
Click Edit or the New style drop-down and pick Invoice.
Select Email, then enter your link in the Message to customer box.
After that, I'd recommend creating a sample invoice to see how this looks like.
Here's how:
Go to the Plus icon, then choose Invoice.
Pick the customer's name in the box.
Complete the required data.
Click the Customise button, then choose the template you previously created.
Tap Save and send.
Additionally, you can always access any customer reports by reviewing all the data you've entered into the system. Then customise it to show precise information.
