I want to use the invoice signature on a mobile device. How do I give the delivery driver limited access with no rights to edit the invoices?

Yes, you have the option to let your customer sign an invoice using your QuickBooks Online mobile app. Let me guide you through the process. Please know that these steps will work for both IOS and Android.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Menu, then select Invoice.
2. Choose an existing transaction or create a new one.
3. Enter the necessary information and click Save.
4. Select Get Signature. Then, have your customer sign with their finger.
5. Click Done.

You’ll want to setup your delivery driver as one of your users. This way, you can manage what they can do and restrict their access. However, we’re unable to limit their task to edit invoices.

I do agree with you that adding more customizations and functionality would make the program better and more flexible. We want to ensure our users get the most out of QuickBooks. With this, I encourage you to send your idea to our developers.

2. Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
3. Enter your suggestions, then click Next.
