Let's make sure that you're able to see your invoices so you can record the payment, devrish-fosrams.

You'll have to double-check that all transactions are not being filtered so it will show all the invoices. To do this you can follow the steps below.

  1. Click Sales on the left menu.
  2. Go to the All Sales tab.
  3. Click the Filter drop-down, then select All transaction under the Type field.
  4. On the Status field, select All statuses.
  5. Click Apply.

Once done, you can go back to the list and locate the invoice. Another way is to go to the Customers tab and search the name of the customer so you'll be able to locate the transactions. Here's how:

  1. Click Sales on the left menu.
  2. Go to the Customers tab.
  3. Find the customer and click the name.
  4. Go to the Transactions List to locate the invoice.

You want to add and match your bank transactions after entering payment in QuickBooks Online.

Fill me in if you have any other concerns about invoices. I'll always be right here if you need further assistance.
