If one is unable to make postings, what should be done?

I have been trying to edit some data and making new postings but i cannot save afterwards, What coukd be the problem?

First, I'd like to ask a few questions. What specific data are you trying to edit or create? Also, do you receive an error message when you click Save?

 

Excess cache or a browser glitch can cause problems, including being unable to save data.

 

To resolve this, start by refreshing the page to ensure it updates properly, then log out of QuickBooks and log back in.

If the issue persists, consider using a different supported web browser to access the updated interface, or open a new incognito window. You can use the following shortcut keys for assistance:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
