If want to edit payment menthod for sales receipt

I can walk you through on how to edit the payment method in your Sales receipt in QuickBooks Online. Modifying sales receipt payment information that doesn't affect the charge or payment such as the date, reference number, and memo. Here's how: 

1. Click the Sales, then choose All Sales. 
2. Locate the Sales Receipt and under Print drop-down arrow. Choose View/Edit. 
3. The transaction will pop up. Under Payment method drop-down arrow. Then select the type of method you want to change. 
4. Tap Save and close.
