I'm here to share information about the IGST and how you can get it back in QuickBooks Online.
You may have entered a date where your GST effective date hasn't yet begun. Please ensure the GST period is correctly set up. If it's within the period, accummolated internet files stored on a browser may cause bugs on the system, resulting in unexpected behavior like this. To resolve this, we can take certain troubleshooting steps.
Let's begin by logging into your account in an incognito window. The existing cookies and site data are not used in this mode. Here are the shortcut keys:
Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
Command + Shift + N for Safari
After that, you can close the incognito window and return to your normal browser. Then, you can clear its cache to remove undesirable internet data and improve your browsing experience. Alternatively, you can use any of the other supported browsers.
In addition, you can also review this resource to make sure that your invoice is GST-complaint: Customise invoice for GST.
