Im not able to create Tax Invoices since 15 days.... That option is no more available when I create invoice. Please help us......

For now, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate this. It could be a browser-related issue. We can use either of these shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear your cache. If we're still getting similar results, try using a different supported browser. It could be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.

However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our customer support team. They have a specific tool such as screen-sharing to help investigate this further. 

1. Click the Help icon on the top right.
2. Select the Contact Us button at the bottom.
3. Enter a short description of your concern and click Continue. 
4. Choose the method on how you'd be connected to support.
