invoice print with balance due not total

I already set my invoice design..from the screen i can view subtotal and total and balance due,but when i print any balance due came out. The total all gone

I appreciate you checking and working on your customization invoice design template. When using an invoice in QuickBooks Online Global (Malaysia region), whether in the old or new layout with a standard or customized template, the default print displays Balance Due instead of the Total, and there is no option to edit this within these templates.
 

To show the Total on the printed invoice, please use the Modern template available in the new layout. If you're still on the old layout, click the Update Layout button in the top-right corner to switch it out.

Once you've switched, or if you're already using the new layout, follow these steps to update your template to Modern:
 

  1. Go to the Invoice page.
  2. Click the Manage icon and select Design from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select Modern. Click Make Default to set this template for future invoices.
