Adding border lines to the invoice templates is currently unavailable, JABMED-SUPPLIES-LIMTED. I'll help you request this functionality from our developers while providing an alternative for you.

There are two ways to submit your request. First, we can do it directly on the Invoice page by creating or opening an existing one. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the +New menu, then select Invoice under the Customers column.
  2. On the Invoice page, click the Feedback icon.
  3. Enter your suggestion, then Submit feedback.

Alternatively, you can do the same through the Gear icon and then navigate to the Profile column to select Feedback. Here's a screenshot:

In the meantime, customise your invoices to tailor the template layout of your forms in QuickBooks. You can also consider exploring third-party apps to design invoices that suit your preferences and then save them as PDFs for manual attachment to customer emails. Check out this page to scan your options: QuickBooks App Store.

Afterward, create and send customer statements to remind them about their upcoming deadlines and receive your receivables on time.

Once settled, register your revenues in the system to monitor the business finances: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Please leave a comment below if you have any other concerns regarding invoices or app integration. I'll be here to assist you further.
