Welcome to the QuickBooks Community Dawn-Madic! It is generally not possible to add custom fields directly to the Bank Deposit screen in QuickBooks Online. Custom fields are intended for sales and expense forms, not for bank deposits or downloaded banking transactions. However, you could enter unique information in the Memo column within the deposit screen, which can then be viewed on reports.
