Is there a way to import message on invoice when uploading bulk invoices to QBO? When I manually choose the template with the correct message, it is still blank.

I appreciate you for using QuickBooks Online to record your sales transactions, ccmarcotte. I know it can be rough when you can't add messages to your invoices. I'm here to share some insights.

We're unable to add messages when importing invoices to QuickBooks Online. For now, I'd suggest manually adding them to the Message on the invoice field. I'll show you how:

1. Go to the Sales menu.
2. Select the Invoices tab.
3. Locate the invoice, then click the edit icon.
4. On the Message on invoice field, type in the message.
5. Once done, click Save and Close.
   
6. Repeat the steps to the other invoices.

I know how the functionality would be beneficial to your business. With this, I'd recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
3. Once done, click on Next.
