Are you referring to your company's address being updated or changed? Any additional information is much appreciated, as this will help us identify further and assist you in resolving this.

Sorry not the business address. I am looking to use a custom "from email" address (my domain) rather than [email address removed]

Thank you for getting back and providing us with more details about your concern with invoices, derrick. 

 

At this time, when you send invoices to your customers, they'll be coming from quickbooks@notification.intuit.com. The option to customize the From section when sending invoices is currently unavailable. 

 

That would be a great addition to the current features that we have, so I'll take note of it. I also encourage you to leave the feedback from within the product. 

 

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Provide your product suggestion.
  3. Click on Next to submit feedback.

In the meantime, I suggest downloading the invoice as a PDF and sending it through your preferred email address. Follow the steps in the following article about saving the invoice as PDF: Download and save sales forms and statements in QuickBooks Online. .

 

Once you receive their payment, here's how you can add it to your account: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
