At this time, when you send invoices to your customers, they'll be coming from quickbooks@notification.intuit.com. The option to customize the From section when sending invoices is currently unavailable.
That would be a great addition to the current features that we have, so I'll take note of it. I also encourage you to leave the feedback from within the product.
Here are the steps:
Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
Provide your product suggestion.
Click on Next to submit feedback.
