Is there an option to receive online payments form customers (e.g., via email) through QBO in the UAE?

You need to utilize a free invoicing app as a workaround to accept online payments (e.g Stripe, PayPal) and mirror the data back into your QBO account.

Currently, processing online payments from customers in QuickBooks is unavailable in your region.

As a workaround, you can look for third-party application that can help process online payments from customers, like what @Fiat mentioned. Just go to Apps menu on the left pane or visit this link: QuickBooks Apps.
