We recognize how having the account signature and stamp option can provide an advantage for your company when using QuickBooks Online (QBO). Upon checking here on our end, there's no option for signature and stamp and add them to your invoices or other sales forms. You need a file copy of your personalised stamp and signature to attach it to your sales forms.

 

If you wish to accomplish this feat and have the option to do so, you can utilize a third-party application and integrate it with your QBO company to complete your task. We'll gladly write down the steps so you can search for a 3rd party app:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Apps tab.
  3. Click Find apps.
  4. Utilize the Search bar to find the app that can help you accomplish the task.
  5. Once ready, choose the app and then click Get app now.
