my consumption value is differnt from the average purchase price enterd in the systemcan anybody help me

Hi, Naeem. If you’re referring to the consumption value as the total Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), it’s important to note that QuickBooks Online (QBO) manages inventory using the First In-First Out (FIFO) method.

That’s actually a key reason why you might see a mismatch between your consumption value and your average purchase price.
