Question

My invoices used to have an online click to pay with bank or CC… now that option is not on the invoice for my customers. What happened?

    Let's ensure your QuickBooks Payments account is active and correctly set up so your invoices display the option for bank or credit card payments, Forceone.

     

    Here's how:

     

    1. Click the Gear Icon.
    2. Choose Subscriptions and billing.
       

    3. Confirm your QuickBooks Online Payments subscription status is active.

     

    To verify that payment options are enabled, follow these steps:

     

    1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.

    2. Click on the Sales tab.
    3. Under Invoice payments, ensure the relevant payment option boxes are checked.
    4. After making any changes, click Savethen Done.

     

    If your subscription is active but the payment option is still missing,  I recommend clearing your browser's cache to remove excess data that could affect QuickBooks Online’s performance. If the problem continues, try switching to a different supported browser.
