Possible reasons your transactions haven't synced since May include bank outages, system maintenance, security prompts, or an expired bank connection. To look into this further, could you share your bank's name?

In the meantime, log in to your bank’s website to check for any alerts, maintenance notices, or security blocks. If everything looks good there and your bank supports Open Banking, you'll need to re-confirm your connection, as QuickBooks cannot pull new data until it is re-authenticated.

While reconnecting will restore recent feeds, transactions from May will likely fall outside of the standard automatic 90-day rolling window.

To retrieve those older transactions, you will need to log into your bank, download your transactions as a CSV file for the specific date range, and upload them manually into QuickBooks. Check for overlapping entries and delete any duplicate transactions to keep your books accurate.
