Please have your most senior customer service executive contact me at [Email address removed] I have much to share that will benefit quickbooks but WILL NOT waste more time

The IOS app has had a formatting problem for OVER 1 Year. Expenses scroll down and it cuts off the numbers. So many times in customer service and still not solved!!!

It's nice to see you here in the Community, @DJO.

 

I'm here to share some basic trouble shooting steps that can help you with your formatting problem.

 

Make sure that your mobile app and phone's operating system is updated. Then, you can clear app data. 

 

Here's how:

 

iOS

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
    Note: A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
  3. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

If the issue persists, we'll have to uninstall and reinstall the QBO application. Here's a quick guide to do it, or visit the link here to reinstall the app directly.

 

If the same thing happens, I would suggest contacting our support team to check the setup and to investigate this behavior. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account and go directly to the Help icon.
  2. Click the Contact us button and enter a short description of your concern.
  3. Hit the Let's talk.
  4. Select Get a callback. Afterward, someone will call you a few moments from the time you've submitted your information.

Absolutely shocking. I use latest iphone, software latest updates and have done all those steps about 20 times, as well as reporting and dialoguing with your support agents about it at least half a dozen times and here we are again, at the beginning, one year later! Same problem, same waste of my precious time, And still no changes!!!!

Please go ahead and debit my account.There were no funds hence the reason the payment did not go through

The ability to manually debit your account in our end is unavailable. The system will automatically attempt to debit your account again, I suggest waiting at least 24 hours for this to process.


If the payment has still not been deducted after 24 hours, we recommend reaching out to our Intuit Experts team so they can further assist you.
