Re: How to apply customer type to a specific customer?
Why is this feature not available outside of the US, we are on a plus plan for a company based in Ireland. Surely we shoudl have access to this feature as well.

I recognize the relevance of applying customer type to a specific customer. Currently, this is only available to the QBO US version.
At times, we roll out enhancements based on our customer's requests. That said, I suggest sending a recommendation to our product developers. They'll review this idea and might consider including this feature in Ireland and other regions.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear located at the top.
- Under Profile, click Feedback.
- Enter your recommendation and select Submit.
