Hello @benjae23234, In QuickBooks Online, taxes added every time you create transactions is based on the taxable status of the item used in each line. With this, let's consider changing them directly from the list of your product and services. I'll show you how. Go to Sales. Select Product and Services. Choose an item used on your invoices. Under ACTION, select Edit. Put a checkmark on the Inclusive of tax selection. On the Tax menu, select the correct tax category. Click Save and close. Question

Since recently, after filling out an invoice and collecting the payment, taxes are added again, even if my products are all "tax inclusive"... not sure where to change it

In QuickBooks Online, taxes added every time you create transactions is based on the taxable status of the item used in each line. With this, let's consider changing them directly from the list of your product and services. I'll show you how.

Go to Sales.
Select Product and Services.
Choose an item used on your invoices.
Under ACTION, select Edit.

the tax inclusive box is checked, and i checked the products themselves, and in every product the box is checked. besides of that, i didnt edit or change anything.
The only solution i found until now was to select on the invoice itself "amounts are out of scope of tax", but the the included taxes are not shown on the invoice anymore...
