Since the 9/09/2025 when I was given a sample invoice, since then I haven't been given activities to do in my personal QuickBooks To do business account,why?

Familiarizing yourself with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is essential to track all your business-related transactions. Did your employer assigned you a task and is unable to find it? If so, you can check the open tasks in the Task menu, Miracle.

From there, you can easily see what needs to be done and who is responsible for each task. For invoices, simply click the drop-down arrow in the Action column and click View/Edit task. I've added this for you:

If the task is not appearing on your end, you can reach out to your employer to make sure that the task is properly added and assigned to you. Once assigned, it should be visible on your page.
