Sync err with timely app,message says: "Could not find Invoice, Customer, Item or Payment. Check your QuickBooks account for the item." , tried fixing gift vcher- no use

Let's resolve the issue you're having while working on syncing the process with Timely App to QuickBooks Online.

 

If this error blocks you from linking your transactions to QuickBooks Online, I suggest contacting Timely App support. This way, they can further investigate why this error keeps appearing on your end.

 

Please visit this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails/timely/, then navigate to the Support section under the App information. Once open, press the Get Support button.

 

If everything is fine, you can move forward with creating a report in QuickBooks Online to give a snapshot and overview of your invoices and bills.
