Team, I have created more invoices in my trial version and those invoice are not reflecting now. Why i am not able to view those invoices?

Let’s rule out a possible browser issue. Too much cache data stored from the browser causes issues that affect the views and performance of your account. To verify this, let’s open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private or incognito window as this doesn’t save any junk files.

To open a private window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

• Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
• Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browser)
• Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

If you’re able to view your invoices, I recommend going back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the issue persists, I suggest using other supported browsers that are available for you.

Moreover, if you have multiple QBO account, you might want to ensure you’re using the correct account. It could be you’re opening the wrong one and not the one with the invoices information.

If you click the Buy button, it will open a new blank QBO account. You have to pay your trial account on Billing and Subscription menu with the regular rate to continue your work.
