Before we can accomplish your goal for today, may I ask for more info about your initial inquiry? Saying you've uploaded an invoice template, are you using an old version of an account in QuickBooks Online?
I've tried to recreate the problem raised by creating a new trial account and I found out the option to import an invoice template is no longer available. If this is the case, have you tried using a third-party application to upload the template?
