There are timesheets submitted by our employee and they are saying they are processed but we don't have any payruns. How have they been processed?

Since the app indicates that timesheets are processed but no pay runs in QuickBooks Online (QBO), I recommend contacting our Live support team to ensure that everything is syncing properly.
