We can turn on the Multicurrency option, accounts3-spectr.

This way, you can record transactions in foreign currencies. Just a heads up, once turned on, we can't turn it off.

Here's how to turn it on:

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Advanced tab.
  3. Click the Pencil (edit) icon on the Currency section.
  4. Toggle the Multicurrency button.
  5. Click Save and then Done.

Once done, you can add the currencies you want to use. Please check these articles for more details:

Post again here if you need anything else. Wishing you all the best!

thanks for the valuable response, for using multicurrency I can enable it in the settings, but I have a query about the payment integration, like Paypal, currently, we have an Amazon payment service called Payfort. using this customer can pay with their visa and master card, I need to synchronise with QuickBooks online.

I appreciate your time reaching us back, accounts3-spectr.

Regarding your follow-up question, payment integration can best be handled by your Amazon payment service. Thus, I suggest contacting Payfort support so they can verify if the integration is available and guide you through the whole process.

I'll be right here if you have further questions. Keep safe and have a good one.
