Glad to see you here in the Community, @accounts425.
I can help create a USD invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
First, we'll have to turn on the multi-currency feature. This way, we can create a customer profile and assign it to USD before creating an invoice or any other sales transactions.
Turn on the Multicurrency feature:
Go to the Gear icon.
Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
Click the Advanced tab.
Select the Currency edit pencil icon.
Turn on the Multicurrency button.
Put a checkmark beside I understand I can't undo Multicurrency.
Click Save and then Done.
To create a customer profile:
Go to the Sales menu.
Within the Customers tab, click the New customer at the upper-right corner.
Record all your customer's information by adding them in the fields.
In the Payment and billing section, click the This customer pays me with a drop-down arrow.
Select USD United States Dollar.
Click the Save button.
Afterward, create an invoice or any other sales transactions. I'll guide you how:
Go to the +New button.
Select Invoice under Customer.
Click the Customer drop-down arrow. Then, select the name of the customer whom you've assigned to USD.
