We are having location issues in our account. All locations are not showing in all transactions when we try to create one except for Invoices/Sales Receipts

A transaction is tracked per location and should appear on invoices, sales receipts, bills, and purchase orders. I'm here to assist you in resolving your issue, Beadane. 

 

But before we start, can you please specify which particular form you're referring to? I have included screenshots demonstrating that location tracking is visible in various forms, not just in your invoices and sales receipts.

 

This issue is often related to your browser settings or cache. You can clear the cache to help free up space and improve your device's performance. If the problem persists, try switching a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.

Additionally, QuickBooks Online (QBO) offers reports tailored to your business needs. You can use the Sales by Location Summary or Sales by Location Detail report to monitor locating tracking effectively. You'll only have to customise them so you'll get the right data you need: Customise Reports in QuickBooks Online.
