We make invoices in two different currencies CHF and EUR, each has its own tax rate, 7.7% CHF and 19% for EUR. Is it possible to have both registered in Bexio? How?

Are you referring to the Bexio accounting software? If you want to sync these transactions automatically, I recommend checking with their Customer Support Team. They can also verify if invoices with different currencies are supported.

Automatic syncing of data is only possible if they integrate with the QuickBooks software. If not, you'll need to enter your data manually in Bexio.

The data you can export out of QuickBooks is limited. To check, you can go to your settings and select the Export data option (see screenshot below).
