Hello there, @FinanceNBM.

At this time, adding a second line to invoices that can automatically convert USD into AED isn't available.

I can see how beneficial to you and your company to have this option. For now, I suggest submitting feedback directly to our product engineers. This way, they can look into this option further and consider adding it in the future update. Here's how to send feedback:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
  3. Enter your product suggestions and click Next to submit feedback.

You can also visit our blog site so you'll be able to get the latest news about QuickBooks and what our Product Care Team is working on.

Please continue to reach me here in the Community if you need more assistance managing your invoice template. I'll be sure to get back to you.

Another option, open a Wise business account to deal with multi currency transactions. You can also utilize the bank feeds.
