Hello, Christine. This error indicates that some mandatory Customer fields are either incomplete or have fewer than 8 characters. Please check the customer's profile and ensure that fields like the Name, Address, and Registration Number are filled in correctly and meet the 8-character minimum. Once you make these updates, save the information and resubmit the e-invoice.

Normally, once everything is secured, this should allow you to submit the e-invoice. To eliminate any potential cache issues, sign in to your QBO account using an incognito window or any supported browser to refresh page performance.

If the issue persists even after you've made these changes, you'll have to contact our Live Support team. While we can't directly route you to contact our Live Experts, they have the tools to take a closer look at this unusual behaviour and resolve things for you.

Feel free to reply to this post if you need further assistance.
